"Client" refers to any individual or organisation using the Services provided by Data Bees. 2.1.3. "Client Data" means any data, information, or content uploaded, transmitted, or stored on Data Bees by the Client. 2.1.4. "Website" refers to Data Bees’ online platform accessible at www.databees.com.au.
- Services 3.1. Data Bees provides data analytics, insights, and related services ("Services") as described on the Website. 3.2. The Services may include, but are not limited to: 3.2.1. Data analysis and reporting; 3.2.2. Custom data solutions; 3.2.3. Data visualisation tools; 3.2.4. Consulting and advisory services related to data management.
- Service Fees and Payments 4.1. Service fees and any applicable charges are detailed on the Data Bees website or as agreed upon in a service proposal or order form. 4.2. Data Bees reserves the right to modify service fees or offer discounts, which will be communicated to Clients in advance.
- Registration and Account 5.1. Clients must create an account to access certain Services. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update information as necessary to keep it accurate, current, and complete. 5.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Ownership and Use of Data 6.1. Clients retain ownership of all data and information submitted or uploaded to Data Bees ("Client Data"). 6.2. Data Bees may use Client Data to provide and improve the Services and may aggregate Client Data with other data sources, provided it is anonymized and does not identify any individual or entity.
- Confidentiality 7.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the provision of Services. 7.2. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known or becomes known through no breach of these Terms.
- Limitation of Liability 8.1. Data Bees, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
- Indemnification 9.1. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Data Bees and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another.

- Suspension or Termination Notification 13.1 Suspension or Termination Notification 13.1.1 The Client agrees to notify Data Bees in writing or through a designated communication channel provided by Data Bees of any intention to suspend or terminate services under these Terms. Such notice should include the effective date of suspension or termination. 13.1.2 Data Bees reserves the right to require formal acknowledgment or confirmation from the Client regarding the suspension or termination notice.
- Limitation of Liability for Loss of Data or Revenue 14.1 Limitation of Liability for Loss of Data or Revenue 14.1.1 Data Bees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) the use or inability to use the services; (b) any changes made to the Client's website or data by Data Bees pursuant to these Terms; (c) unauthorised access to or alteration of the Client's transmissions or data; or (d) any other matter relating to the services.
By using Data Bees’ Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.
