You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
6. Ownership and Use of Data 6.1. Clients retain ownership of all data and information submitted or uploaded to Data Bees ("Client Data"). 6.2. Data Bees may use Client Data to provide and improve the Services and may aggregate Client Data with other data sources, provided it is anonymized and does not identify any individual or entity.
7. Confidentiality 7.1. Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or confidential information exchanged during the provision of Services. 7.2. Confidential information does not include information that is publicly known or becomes known through no breach of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability for Loss of Data or Revenue 14.1 Limitation of Liability for Loss of Data or Revenue 14.1.1 Data Bees shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) the use or inability to use the services; (b) any changes made to the Client's website or data by Data Bees pursuant to these Terms; (c) unauthorised access to or alteration of the Client's transmissions or data; or (d) any other matter relating to the services.

By using Data Bees’ Services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our Services.
